These terms cover this website. They don't cover project work, that's a separate written agreement, see below.

Everything here is informational. We may change it at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Project work is separate
Nothing on this site commits either of us to a project. Work starts once we've agreed on scope and price in writing. That written agreement, not this page, governs the project: price, timeline, what you own, and everything else. As a baseline, code we deliver under a signed agreement is yours from day one.
Third-party services
Booking a call runs through Cal.com. Sending the contact form runs through our own automation server. Both are covered by this site's privacy policy, and Cal.com's use of your booking data is also covered by their own terms.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or available without interruption.
